Return Policy



We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive items that are damaged, defective, or not as described, please review our replacement policy below:
Perishable Items:
For items such as flowers, cakes, or food products, replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. This allows us to promptly address the issue and maintain the quality of perishable goods. Non-Perishable Items:
For all other products, including gifts and accessories, requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Shipping for Replacements:
We will deliver replacement items at no additional shipping cost. You do not need to pay any extra fees for returns due to damaged or incorrect items.

Delivery Attempts:
Our logistics partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful on both attempts due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable or premises being locked, the order will be considered fulfilled, and the customer will be charged in full.
Refund Eligibility:
If the order is not delivered at all due to issues beyond your control, such as courier service failures, customers are eligible to request a refund for the undelivered items.

Cakes and flowers are perishable items, and their delivery requires special handling. Please review our refund policy below:
Delivery Attempt:
For cakes and flowers, only one delivery attempt will be made. Due to the perishable nature of these items, no refunds will be issued if delivery fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable or premises being locked.
Refund Eligibility:
If the delivery is missed or not attempted at all due to an error on our part or our logistics partner's end, customers are entitled to request a refund for the non-delivered items.

Cancellation Window:
Customers must request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund Policy:
For all approved cancellations, the full order amount will be refunded.

If multiple items are ordered and certain items are not delivered, customers are eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be issued for the non-delivered goods or services only.
