Perishable Items:
For items such as flowers, cakes, or food products, replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. This allows us to promptly address the issue and maintain the quality of perishable goods.
Non-Perishable Items:
For all other products, including gifts and accessories, requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Shipping for Replacements:
